Please do NOT book an appointment online for the following:
If you are unsure or require an appointment for one of the above please telephone reception on 01295 225533 and they will book the appointment for you with the necessary time allocation.
We provide the full range of NHS general practice services to our registered patients, including the following:
GP practices also provide additional services, which are not part of the NHS-funded provision, such as medical reports, insurance medicals and travel advice and vaccinations. For more details, please see the Non-NHS Service page on our website or get the information you need from the NHS Choices website at www.nhs.uk
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.
We are an approved Centre with the Muslim Council of Britain, providing the recommended conjugated meningoccocal (ACWY) vaccine to protect Hajj and Umrah pilgrims from meningococcal disease. For more information on this vaccine, visit the Muslim Council of Britain’s website www.mcb-vac.co.uk
There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below:
It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

Please note, our GPs do not sign passport photographs
There will be a charge made for all non-NHS services provided, the fees for most of which are posted on our notice boards at both sites. For some unusual reports or requests, a fee will be levied that most approximates an item on our list. All fees must be paid in advance by cash or by cheque. We do not have a facility to accept payment by credit or debit card.
